Return & Refund Policy

Return Guarantee

We are committed to the quality of our e-bikes and your satisfaction. Our 14-day return policy gives you two weeks from the day you receive your e-bike to initiate a return if you are not satisfied. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with less than ten (10) miles on the odometer.
  • All original items including the charger, keys, hardware, etc., must be included.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@cyclefortebike.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Used bikes, stolen bikes, or bikes of unknown origin.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • Damage caused by persons.
  • Special orders, sale items, promotional or free items.

Exchanges

  • Within 14 Days: Exchange for the same model in a different color is subject to a €200 fee per item.
  • Different Model: Exchange within 14 days is allowed, subject to a €200 fee per item and payment of the price difference. No exchanges are possible after 14 days.

Refunds

  • Wrong Item: Free exchange or full refund.
  • Damaged or Missing Accessories: We will send free replacements or offer a partial refund.
  • Undeliverable Package: Free resend or full refund.
  • Order Cancellation Before Shipping: An 8% processing fee will be deducted.
  • Order Cancellation After Shipping: €200 shipping fee per bike plus a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Refund for Price Difference

  • Within 7 days: Partial refund of the price difference.
  • After 7 days: Not eligible (a free gift may be considered).

Change of Delivery Address
A fee of €20 per item will be charged for address changes.

Customer Refusal of Package
Refusal of package upon delivery will incur a €200 shipping fee per item or an additional €200 for a resend plus a 20% restocking fee.

Refund for Non-Quality Issues

  • 14 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping costs (€200 per bike).
  • 15 to 30 days: Full refund with the same conditions plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Used bikes within 30 days: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping and a 50% restocking fee.
  • After 30 days: No returns allowed.

Refund for Quality Issues

  • Within 14 days: Full refund without return shipping costs; or exchange for another e-bike without additional costs.
  • 14 to 30 days: Return shipping costs may apply, determined by customer service based on the issue.

Processing Returns and Refunds
Please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after processing and will be applied to your original payment method. We will notify you once your return is processed and if the refund is approved.
