Cyclefort is dedicated to offering ongoing technical support to all Cyclefort product owners. Should you require assistance, please reach out to us via email at support@cyclefortebike.com.

2. Warranty Scope

Cyclefort Ebikes guarantees the replacement of any part identified as faulty or damaged (this includes damage sustained during shipping), with the exception of defects resulting from user mishandling. This warranty applies to the products specified herein and is subject to the following terms:

Exclusions for Wear and Tear Items:

Non-warranted Components:

Items such as handle grips, saddles, pedals, tires, and fenders are considered wear and tear parts and do not come with a warranty period. Should you experience any damage to these components through use, replacements can be purchased from the official Cyclefort store.

Important Warranty Exclusion Information for Frame Conditions:

Please be informed that the following frame-related issues are not covered under the warranty:

  • Rust and Corrosion: Any form of rusting or other corrosion that occurs on the frame.
  • Cosmetic Wear: This encompasses fading of the paint, scratches, or any marks caused by impacts.
  • Physical Impact Damages: Damages sustained from collisions, crashes, or significant impacts.
  • Irreversible Alterations: Any modifications that permanently change the frame, including drilling or welding operations.
  • Chain Guard Attachment: Any issues with the chain guard that is affixed directly to the frame.

It is crucial to regularly maintain your bike and to take precautions to prevent these issues, as they fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage.

Battery Warranty Exclusions:

The following conditions are not covered under the warranty for the battery:

  • Accidental Damage: Issues arising from accidents, abuse, misuse, or usage that is not in line with the product's intended purpose such as stunt riding, racing, or similar activities, which can lead to premature failure or damage.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage due to improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasive materials, sand, or dirt, as well as neglect or extreme physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any defects or damages that occur as a result of modifications made to the battery that are not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, dents, and any other cosmetic damage, except for those directly caused by Cyclefort Ebike during the manufacturing or shipping process.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your battery, it is recommended to follow the proper usage and storage guidelines as outlined by Cyclefort Ebike.

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Emailsupport@cyclefortebike.com with visual evidence and a detailed description of the issue to start a claim。

2. Our team will assess the claim; if a defect is verified, we'll send replacement parts.

3. Note: Warranty replacement parts are limited to one instance per part within the warranty period.

Warranty Overview

Cyclefort provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which aims to cover manufacturing defects found in new ebikes. Adhering to our maintenance standards, we commit to repairing your electric ebike and covering all associated parts, costs, and labor. Should you require repairs or need parts not included in our warranty, please inform us, and we will provide assistance—typically involving problem diagnosis and the option to purchase replacement parts.

In the event of shipping damage, we pledge to replace any affected parts. Please report such incidents to Cyclefort within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
